From the emergency department to anaesthesia
Paul is a certified anaesthesia and intensive care nurse who completed his training in 2025 at the University of Luxembourg. Before specialising, he gained almost two years of clinical experience working in the emergency department, where he encountered a wide range of medical conditions and developed valuable skills in managing acute and critical situations.
He also gained initial clinical experience as a general care nurse in orthopaedics at the Hôpitaux Robert Schuman, building a strong foundation in patient care.
Alongside his clinical training, Paul has been actively involved in student engagement and professional development. He is one of the co-founders of NSA Luxembourg and currently serves as the organisation's Treasurer, contributing to the development and representation of nursing students.
Through both his clinical work and organisational involvement, Paul aims to support the growth of the nursing profession and strengthen collaboration among healthcare professionals.
