Our Managing Board is committed to steering the organization with strategic vision and leadership. Comprised of experienced professionals, the board oversees key operational and governance functions to ensure sustainable growth and accountability.

Our Managing Board is composed of 8 members and is structured around two pillars.
The first is the Executive Committee, made up of the President, the Treasurer, and the Secretary General, who are responsible for the overall strategic direction, financial oversight, and day-to-day coordination of the association.
The second pillar consists of 5 Commission Representatives, each one dedicated to a specific professional field within the nursing and healthcare professions.
These representatives also serve as Presidents of their respective commissions, leading them with a high degree of autonomy in defining objectives, organizing activities, and driving initiatives relevant to their area of expertise.
Each commission is composed of a diverse mix of qualified professionals and current students from the corresponding field, fostering a unique synergy between hands-on experience and the energy and vision of the next generation of healthcare professionals.
